These websites are provided by Volkswagen AG, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg, entered in the Register of Companies of the District Court of Braunschweig under No. HRB 100484 (Volkswagen AG) and/or partners of Volkswagen AG named in the site notice and/or provider identification of a delimited area (e.g. sub-pages) of the websites.

All of the content of the Volkswagen AG website has been carefully checked. Volkswagen AG strives to ensure that the content of the Volkswagen AG websites is current and accurate. However, the company cannot guarantee that its website is complete, correct, up to date and constantly available.

If you do not wish to use your existing Volkswagen ID to log into this service or you do not yet have a Volkswagen ID, you can create a Volkswagen ID at https://vwid.vwgroup.io or register for the first time. Please respect the Terms of Use governing the Volkswagen ID. 

6. No liability for advice or recommendations

Insofar as advice or recommendations are given on the websites of Volkswagen AG, Volkswagen AG shall – irrespective of any responsibility arising from a contractual relationship, tort, or another legal provision – not be obliged to compensate for any damages suffered as a result of following the advice or recommendation.

7. Dispute resolution

7.1 The provisions set forth in this section “dispute resolution” on consumer arbitration and online dispute resolution only apply to consumers residing in the European Union and does not affect the statutory dispute resolution regulations that may exist in countries outside the European Union.

7.2 Volkswagen AG is neither willing nor required to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

7.3 The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution, which can be accessed at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. On this platform, consumers will find a list of consumer dispute resolution bodies that can assist in the out-of-court settlement of disputes.
